The pioneer of electro and techno music, Monika Kruse, will perform in Barutana in September, as her act, originaly scheduled for May, was postponed. All fans of harder techno sound will have the opportunity to enjoy a great party that starts at 11 pm and lasts until the early morning hours, but also to enjoy some of the most famous songs such as Latin lovers, Sand crawler, One love and Soulstice, a Beatport top 10 techno anthem.

Monika Kruse has been a part of the music scene since the early 1990s, and is considered to be one of the pioneers of rave and techno scene in Germany. She made her first appearances in abandoned Munich warehouses, which later secured her residency at the famous Ultraschall club. Among other things, Monica Kruse is the first German woman to go on an international tour with Carl Cox and DJ Pierre, but also to hold regular performances at the famous Belgian club Fuse. Her popularity is best illustrated by her participation in major world festivals such as Tomorrowland, Time Warp, Amsterdam dance festival, Melt Festival, Eastern Electrics UK, Stuttgart Electronics Music Festival and Ultra Music Festival in Miami, but also by performances in clubs such as Space Ibiza, Sonus, Amnesia Ibiza, Hyte Ibiza, Egg London, Cocoon Ibiza and Berghain.

In the late 1990s, she moved to Berlin and founded the record company called Terminal M. After two decades of existence, Terminal M rightly bears the epithet of one of the most prestigious publishing houses in its industry. Many well-known techno music artists have opted for the Terminal M label, which includes veterans such as DJ Rush, Redhead, Len Faki, Stanny Franssen, Oxia, Stimming, but also new stars and emerging talents such as ANNA, Pig & Dan, Paride Saraceni, Noir, Victor Ruiz, Skober, Metodi Hristov, Kydus, Drunken Kong, and our Ilija Djokovic.

After collaboration on the song “Soulstice”, Monika Kruse and Pig&Dan also collaborated on the “Get me on” EP, with great success, and the track was later featured on BBC Radio’s 1 Essential mix. Monica Kruse is a favorite of Beatport’s charts, because she managed, with just two songs, to become one of the top 100 techno performers in 2014. The remix of the album “Summer drops”, on which some songs are performed by Nicole Moudaber, Uner and Mendo, also achieved great success and reached the very top of the Beatport charts.
