In order to forget our troubles and enrich the everyday life, we turn to our favorite music and songs that convey emotions. The band that does it the best, at least in Serbia, is Vasil Hadzimanov band, a rare concert in Belgrade in these days of social distancing.
An authentic sound that has conquered the world
Bitefartcaffe has decided to host, as part of the program on the summer stage, and the Musicology line of live acts, a band that will provide us with a great time and a handful of positive vibes. Vasil Hadzimanov band combines the traditional Balkan music and more modern styles such as jazz, funk, rock n roll, and progressive, creating an authentic sound recognizable around the world.
Vasil Hadžimanov band released their first album entitled “11 reasons for …” in 2001. and instantaneously won the hearts of the audience with its unique sound. How well the album was received by the audience is best indicated by the information that the first edition was sold out within three months from the day of its release. During 2002. they won the award for the “Best debut album” at the Beovizija music festival. In the same year, Vasil started composing music for one domestic and several international documentaries. On the album of the same name, they also had the honor of hosting the world-famous saxophonist David Binny. As for individual songs, the audience paid the most attention to the songs “Country & Western”, “Reach Out” and “Taka i taka stvar”, which have hundreds of thousands of views on YouTube.
